DATELINE: October, 2011
The announcer said: "Nobody, nobody could have predicted the Cardinals would be in this position. The second announcer chirped in, "Nobody."
Many months ago, I saw two Cardinals in front of me, a baseball bat distance apart, and I said, to my disbelieving fiancee, at the time, "God just told me the Cardinals are going to win the World Series."
Months later, when a squirrel crossed home plate, God said, "Do you remember what I told you about animals?"
I said, "Yes, Father." He said, again, "The Cardinals will win the World Series." So, I posted it on my Twitter page (https://twitter.com/MarkDiBello)....
And as I watch an amazing comeback, only The Lord could orchestrate, in Game 6; He told me, that He wants people to know that a city named Saint; with a pitcher named after the work of His Son (Carpenter) would win. More over, He said, "Beautiful creations like cardinals and squirrels, are to be loved and NEVER killed."
He said, "Cardinals and squirrels will defeat murderous Native Americans (Braves), a murderous city that has anything but 'Brotherly Love' (Philadelphia), beer-makers (Brewers), and police whose state murders more via capital punishment (Rangers) than any other in the United States."
The "moral of the story": God loves His creation, especially the animals and wants mankind to love them, and that He, God, NEVER lies, knows all, and is a winner.
